Frequently asked questions
How is control valve seat leakage handled?+
We inspect, lap or replace the trim/seat, then verify seat leakage to standard before handover.
Does TTS calibrate Fisher positioners?+
Yes. As an Emerson ASP, we calibrate Fisher positioners (including the DVC line) and bench set the full control valve.
Do you repair control valves on-site?+
Yes. The TTS team supports on-site inspection, calibration and troubleshooting across the Ba Ria – Vung Tau area.
