JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Sale Support Operation Executive          

Report to: Sale Support Operation Manager

Working Location: mainly in Ho Chi Minh City

  1. TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH:
  1. Giai đoạn Chào thầu (Pre-Sales):
  • Thực hiện các báo giá, chào hàng, chào thầu;
  • Làm hồ sơ chào hàng/ chào thầu, chuẩn bị các giấy tờ yêu cầu liên quan;

2/ Giai đoạn Trúng thầu:

  • Soạn thư hẹn gặp để đàm phán Hợp đồng nếu được yêu cầu theo Thông báo trúng thầu.
  • Lập các Hợp đồng bán cho khách hàng, Hợp đồng mua với Nhà sản xuất/ Nhà cung cấp;
  • Theo dõi quá trình thực hiện HD với khách hàng;
  • Theo dõi quá trình thực hiện HD với Nhà sản xuất/ Nhà cung cấp;
  • Soạn thảo các công văn (nếu có) liên quan đến việc giao hàng trễ, xin miễn phạt, chứng chỉ, kỹ thuật không đáp ứng yêu cầu trong HD,…
  • Soạn thảo phụ lục Hợp đồng và các văn bản khác (nếu có) liên quan đến các vấn đề của job phát sinh trong giai đoạn Pre-sales, giai đoạn thực hiện HD.

3/ Các công việc khác:

  • Lưu trữ, cất giữ, bảo quản thông tin hardcopy các chào hàng, chào thầu, các hợp đồng đã lập. Lưu softcopy trên Server Công ty.
  • Cập nhật thường xuyên các jobs chào hàng chào thầu, thông tin PAG trên JTL; các hợp đồng mua, hợp đồng bán, chi phí thực tế sau khi đã hoàn thành việc thực hiện HD,… trên Order Status.
  • Theo dõi và báo cáo kịp thời việc/ tình hình thực hiện báo giá, hồ sơ thầu và việc lập các các hợp đồng bán/ hợp đồng mua.
  • Tham gia xây dựng và phát triển các quy trình của bộ phận. Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác trong công ty để các chào hàng của Công ty được thực hiện tôt.
  • Thống kê theo dõi Hợp đồng, đơn hàng, chào hàng được giao theo yêu cầu của Sales, Line Manger.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Công ty phù hợp với chức năng và nhiệm vụ của Bộ phận SSO.

  1. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
  1. Tốt nghiệp ĐH Ngoại thương hoặc các ngành Kinh tế
  2. Kinh nghiệm: 2-3 năm làm ở vị trí tương tự
  3. Chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc, có thể & sẵn sàng làm thêm ngoài giờ, có thể đi công tác nhưng không thường xuyên
  4. Cẩn thận, trung thực, siêng năng chăm chỉ, chịu khó học hỏi
  5. Tiếng Anh 4 kỹ năng (Nghe, Nói, Đọc, Viết), vi tính (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet) thành thạo, ưu tiên biết về các phần mềm
  6. Ưu tiên không quá hướng ngoại.

Position: APPLICATION ENGINEER

I- Responsibilities:

  1. Engineering Functions:

- Will be responsible for vetting technical documentation relating to Control Valves before submission to Consultants, Clients or Customers.

- Provide timely and accurate quotations and technical support to the customers and to meet the Valve business goals

- Handle engineering of Control Valves/Actuators/Accessories and Level Transmitters, recommend most appropriate solutions and ensure quotation deadlines are met.

- Participate in technical and commercial clarification meetings when required.

- Interact and communicate effectively with other functional teams, Engineering/Factory/Order Entry team etc. throughout the sales cycles, as required, to appropriately respond to customer requests.

- Review technical/commercial aspects of customer orders and ensure timely and accurate order entry into the system.

- Work closely with local Service team for service related customer requests.

b) Marketing Support Functions:

- Maintaining complete database of Technical Information on Products, Offers, Sales Related Information.

- Giving Presentation & Seminars to Consultants, Engineers for Water Board, Municipalities and other Technical Stakeholders and KEY DECISION MAKERS.

- Conduct Training modules for Company Sales Team.

- Support Sales team in interaction with customers on queries regarding technical aspects/application, getting feedback from customers.

II- Requirement:

- Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in the Control Valve Application Engineering; Design, Calculations; Sizing and Selection of Control Valves and Instrumentation products.

- Strong basics in engineering fundamentals;

- Candidate must be conducive to travelling extensively and within short notice.

- Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions of sale will be an advantage.

-  Ability to offer optimized solution from wide array of data, keeping application and site conditions in mind.

-  Ability of independent and one-to-one discussions with Technical Team of the Project during Designing Stage or Later.

Mechanical engineering designs include sizing, datasheet, detail drawing, technical requisition and vendor data review, experience in sizing for control valve and pump is a plus.

  • Research, analyze the drawing and the technical specifications of the equipment.
  • Prepare and check about the technical scope of supply in tender documentation, contract and prepare a schedule, worker, technician and budget for project
  • Consult / Support all technical problems, implement surveys onsite as required.
  • Finding new suppliers.
  • Follow production and delivery of supplier.
  • Instruct the technician for installation the package as in contract, drawing and technical documents.
  • Manage the technician to complete the project as schedule and timeline.
  • Ensure the works is performed safety.
  • Support customer for site installation, start up and commissioning if required.
  • Ensure all works within Company is carried out in compliance with Health & System rules and safety systems, customer quality and standards
  • Corporate with other departments to finish the project and deliver to customer.
  • Provide technical assistance during and after warranty periods, training and other services of equipment to the customers.
  1. Commercial support:
  • Provide pricing support for proposed equipment and options.
  • Ensure pricing meets proposed scope.
  • Evaluate prices and commercial content of sub-vendor proposals.

II. Job Requirement:

  1. Age: above 27
  2. University-graduated from technical faculties: Mechanicals or Mechatronics or related fields.
  3. At least 2 years of working experience in the same position
  4. Sound knowledge of practical application, technical background.
  5. Proficiency in using AutoCAD, MS Office and mechanical software.
  6. Good command of English.
  7. Teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position: General Manager, Sales - Rotating & Process Equipment (After Market + New Sales)                                                                                               

Report to: Deputy General Director, Sales

Working Location: mainly in Ho Chi Minh City and other locations based on business request

  1. Objectives:

Be responsible for managing and acchieving the sales targets of whole aftermarket & new sales team for Flow Solution/Rotating & Process Equipments:

  • Flowserver: Pump & Seal
  • John Zink Hamworthy: Flare & Burner
  • Coen Company, Inc: Parts for Boiler Burner Systems
  • Jord: Saparator and Condenser
  • Airpack: Compressor, Dryer, Nitrogen Generator
  • Other products in the Division
  1. Main Duties and Responsibilities

  2. Gender: Male is preferred.
  3. Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Engineering strongly preferred.
  4. At least 10 years sales experience & at least 05 years’ experience of sales management position.
  5. Having experience in sales for those industries: Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, EPC, F&B, etc.
  6. Having sales experience for pump or compressor products is the plus.
  7. Proven ability in budgeting and planning for sales.
  8. Must be confident in dealing with all kinds of customers at high levels.
  9. Strong presentation skills required
  10. Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, leading and  presentation skills
  11. Willing to travel for business within Vietnam and overseas.
  12. Fluent in English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing).

Position: Senior Sales Manager – TTP/TTF (New Sales)    

Report to: General Manager, Sales

Working Location: mainly in Ho Chi Minh City and other locations based on business

  1. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Make Sales strategy and planning for monthly/quarterly/yearly, then arrange and supervise for conduct. 
  2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence;
  3. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with potential customer and existing Customers.
  4. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
  5. Advise and consult customers about assigned products and assigned markets
  6. Check and review biding documents & cooperate to Sales Support to make quotation and biding.
  7. Manage costs related to sales activities of the section according to company rules, ensure saving and reasonable.
  8. Understand and manage any jobs of Sales staffs in team to speed-up sales. Responsible for supports or sales directly for difficult / large cases to ensure hit the annual sales target.
  9. Represent the business at conferences, seminars and networking events.
  10. Co-ordinate with related departments (Salesman, Sales support team, Accounting…) to ensure minimize damage arising by late delivery or late payment of customers.
  11. Orients for salesman in team and related departments to ensure the best rate of GP (gross profit) with each order, customer.
  12. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team;
  13. Other task within scope of professional ability as per request from Line Manager or BOD.

  2. Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred.
  3. At least 05 to 10 years sales experience & at least 03 years of experience in managing skills.
  4. Having experience in sales for those industries: Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, EPC, F&B, etc.
  5. Having sales experience in products and system of TTP and TTF is the plus.
  6. Proven ability in budgeting and planning for sales.
  7. Must be confident in dealing with all kinds of customers at high levels.
