The 5th Turnaround Maintenance (BDTT 5) of Dung Quat Refinery (BSR) is a critical maintenance operation aimed at ensuring the stable, safe, and efficient operation of the refinery. In this BDTT cycle, the industrial valve system plays a central role, requiring comprehensive inspection, maintenance, and repair to guarantee mechanical integrity and operational performance.
In 2024, Toan Thang Engineering Corp (TTE) is honored to be selected as the Main Contractor by BSR to execute the Comprehensive Valve Maintenance Project at the in-house workshop for BDTT 5—a nationally significant petroleum project.
📅 Execution Period: March 18, 2024 – April 19, 2024
🔧 Scope of Work: 1,106 valves
⚙️ Maintenance Coverage: All types of valves, including control valves, safety valves, and manual valves, ranging in size from 0.5” to 30” and pressure ratings up to 600 lbs.
