In 2023, Toan Thang Engineering Corp (TTE) was honored to once again be entrusted by Premier Oil Vietnam Offshore B.V. (Harbour Energy) to execute the Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement of the Industrial Valve System at the Engine Room and Topside of FPSO Chim Sao.
This project was a key part of the 2023 Slowdown Maintenance Campaign, playing a critical role in ensuring the safety and stability of offshore oil and gas operations.

⚙️ Scope of Work: Overhaul, repair, and replacement of industrial valves in the Engine Room & Topside
Requiring deep overhaul expertise
🔹 Work details include:
✔️ Overhauling control valves, safety valves, and isolation valves
✔️ Replacing damaged and degraded valves
✔️ Inspecting, maintaining, and calibrating actuators and control units
✔️ Pressure testing & leak inspection in compliance with API 6D standards
