TTE also holds long-term sales agency agreements with:

- Pleuger Pumps – www.pleuger.com
We are expanding our Service Business Unit for Pumps & Rotating Equipment, and we are now looking for a strong:
⭐ SERVICE SALES MANAGER
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Industries: Oil & Gas, Refining, Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Heavy Industry
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop service sales (overhaul, upgrade, retrofit, spare parts) for pumps and rotating equipment.
- Build and manage key customer accounts in O&G, chemical, fertilizer and power plants.
- Work closely with RMS and Flowserve to deliver services at OEM standards.
- Lead the full sales cycle: opportunity development – proposal – negotiation – contract – execution – acceptance – renewal.
- Coordinate with technical teams for inspection, engineering and service delivery.
- Report sales pipeline, forecast, market insights and competitive analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Manufacturing, Electrical Machines or related engineering fields.
- Minimum 5–7 years experience in rotating equipment service or pump service sales.
- Hands-on knowledge of compressors, pumps, turbines, motors and related services.
- Existing customer network in industrial plants in Vietnam is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with OEMs or international distributors.
- Good English communication and technical writing skills.
- Strong technical sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
