On 24th July 2020, Toan Thang Engineering Corporation (“TTE”) organized The Mid-year 2020 Performance Review and Business Plan in the last half of 2020. The participants included the representatives of TDH, Board of Directors of TTE & TTS, and all employees of TTE.
The meeting agenda was as below:
- Reporting the results of the business performance, finance and HR in the first 06 months of 2020.
- Sales, Marketing, HR, ISO plans and targets for the last 06 months of 2020.
- TDH Chairman’s directions and sharing.
- TTE General Director’s Wrap up and Way forward.
The Mid-year 2020 Performance Review and Business Plan in the last half of 2020
Due to impact of Covid-19, the business met certain difficulties in the first 06 months of 2020. However, All TTE & TTS staffs have made persistent efforts and solidary spirit, the business in the first 06 months of 2020 achieved positive signals.
At the meeting, Heads of Department presented the specific business plans for the last 6 months of 2020 and expressed extremely high determination to reach the business target set out for 2020.
Mr. Truong Dinh Hoe – TDH chairman has heartedly shared his expectations and business plans to all employees, through that all TTE & TTS staffs are encouraged to be continuously keep promoting “One team spirit” to retain Company’s sustainable development.

At the meeting, Mr. Le Minh Tuan – TTE General Director expressed his thankfulness to the excellent staffs as well as all TTE staffs for having made lots of effort to overcome difficulties. At the same time, GD has instructed the strategic business directions to reach the targets by the year end.
The meeting was wrapped up with high unanimity to perform the business plans for the coming 06 months of 2020, together get over difficulties and challenges for the 2020 successes.
