On Jan 12-13/ 2018, Toan Thang Engineering Corporation has successfully organized the year-end meeting for fiscal year 2017 and planned for 2018 at Duyen Ha Resort, Khanh Hoa province with the participation of the Board of Directors and all employees (Toan Thang’s fiscal year 2017 started from Apr 1st and ended on Dec 31st).
Meeting’s agenda:
- Honor the staffs who have been contributing over five years and other excellent employees
- Overview the targets, sales commitments of the year
- Overview the activities of Toan Thang Service Company (TTS)
- Approve plan for 2018
- Update organization chart, principals representatives
- Personnel: promotion, transfer, recruitment plan
The BoD expressed sincere thanks and gave a honor, medal and gift to the staffs who have been contributing over five years and business & back office groups/ staffs for their contribute in 2017. With the effort from all staffs, the sales target was reached beyond the bookings, the Company has established the management system. In 2017, first time in its history TTE was honored by Emerson for its achievements by handling over 2 certificates “Asia-Pacific Most Improved LBP 2017” and “Asia-Pacific Exceeding Lifecycle Service Booking 2017”.
Finally, the BoD announced new policies and welfare for the upcoming year with more preferential treatment than the previous one.
After the formal meeting, the staffs have spent a time in the luxury 5-stars resort, enjoyed warmed dinners with eventful games and songs. The outdoor activities were carried out on the beautiful white sand beach, directed by the cheerleaders from a professional tourist company lead everyone to participate with all efforts, became close friends and rose up the teamwork.
Vacation in combination with a wrap-up meeting has ended successfully. All employees returned to Hochiminh City with a new spirit for a new plan and with more success.
